Retrospective Planning Application in Chelsea Granted

We are very pleased to announce that we have been granted RETROSPECTIVE planning permission for the construction of A Lower ground floor extension associated to a semi-basement, patio and ground floor terrace and garden.

Due to a restriction in funding and programme issues we had to deviate from the original design and stopping the works was not feasible, therefore we had to crack on with the works and seek for a retrospective planning approval that thankfully has been granted ¡

We have done a great effort to achieve a balanced appearance for the extension, using durable materials such us Trespa cladding,  engineering bricks and large glazed sliding doors with minimal frames.

The property is within the Cheyne Conservation Area in Chelsea London
