Planning Granted ¡ Rooftop Extension, Terraces and 2 x Penthouses

Having worked closely with Planning consultants, Property developer, Project manager and the LPA Planning officers, we are very pleased to announce that we have been granted planning permission for the construction of a Rooftop Extension which will result in two new penthouses with large terraces and impressive views .

We have done a great effort to achieve a balanced appearance for the extension, beyond matching materials, form and scale with the constructions found In the area and its surroundings. Well done to all involved ! We are looking forward to seeing it on site!
