Feasibility Study Esher

Well found and searched site by our client. The garden extends towards the front and rear , which potentially could allow re-development of the site. We list, below, some of the factors that have been carefully studied in order to assess feasibility and potential:  

 1-Planning Constraints:The property  is in a conservation area, Several mature trees in the site might be an issue , a tree report and impact assessment will be required . 

 2-Access and parkingrequirements: Not a problem in principle , parking space is rather limited and the absolute minimum requirement for each dwelling is two cars.  

3-Potential for Private Amenity Area: would be feasible

4- Character: we have found a variety of house types, mostly detached houses similar in size and type to what will be proposed.
