Just Back from Florence Property Hunting trip
We are just back from our property hunting trip from Florence, It has been a success, we have had more than 15 viewings in less than 35 hours, also we have meet with local solicitors, tax advisors, and real estate agents, we will be shortlisting 3 to 5 properties in the next following days and we will propose offers accordingly . Hopefully there is an agreement between all parts involved and deals are closed before the end of the summer . We have found rather interesting properties , we believe the key value proposition in Florence is the historical and artistic value that some of these properties hold, definitely something you can not repeat or reproduce again, truly a long term investment , we are focused now on 15th-16th century properties with period features such as “frescos” , high ceilings, more than 5 metres in some cases ! , and private gardens , within 10/15 min walk to the Duomo.
